A New York University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business, he earned his MBA from Rutgers University. Norm has held a Certified Financial Planner™ designation since 1983 and is a member of the Registry of Certified Financial Planners.

He is a past Vice President of the Middlesex County Estate Planning Council.
